At Otra Eyewear, we want you to love your new frames; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all full-priced items in their original condition. Please ensure all protective packaging and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your eyewear in the original hard case and microfiber pouch to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
